We are actively hiring for the following roles. No prior experience required — comprehensive on-the-job training is provided for all positions.
$12,000 Sign-On Bonus
Paid over 18 months for Prime Mover Drivers who commit to a minimum of 22 shifts per month. The first 12 months follow a repeating cycle, with the final 6 months at a steady $500/month.
18-Month Payout Schedule
Year 1 — Repeating Cycle (Months 1–12)
Final 6 Months — Steady Payout (Months 13–18)
How it works: The first 12 months follow a repeating 3-month cycle of $500, $500, $1,250 (totalling $9,000). The final 6 months pay $500 each month (totalling $3,000). You must maintain a minimum of 22 shifts per month to qualify.
