About This Role
The IGH Driver role at Hoysan Stevedoring involves trucking containers from port to port (PSA to Tuas, Tuas to PSA, and vice versa) or within the port — Wharf to Yard, Yard to Wharf, and vice versa. Drivers follow job assignments through the PC promptly, communicate effectively with the transport team, and adhere to road safety and regulations. This is a monthly-rated package position.
Key Responsibilities
Safely drive and operate prime movers to transport containers between port terminals
Truck containers from PSA to Tuas, Tuas to PSA, and vice versa
Handle within-port movements: Wharf to Yard, Yard to Wharf, and vice versa
Follow job assignments through the PC promptly
Communicate effectively with the transport team
Perform daily vehicle safety checks and checklists before operations
Adhere strictly to PSA safety rules and traffic regulations
Maintain high productivity in container movement
Requirements
Valid Singapore Class 4 or 5 driving license
Deemed medically fit by company doctor
Must attend the SPMD course and OJT training
Open to Singaporeans and PRs
With or without experience — training provided
Minimum PSLE with a Pass in English
Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night) and weekends
No criminal record (for clearance into PSA)
Not more than 58 years old

Location: Primarily PSA Port Terminals (e.g., Tuas)
12-hour shifts with 1-hour meal break
Day shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM | Night shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Night shift incentive: $10 per night shift
Public holiday incentive: $48 per public holiday
23rd day incentive: $120 | 24th day: $135 | 25th day: $150
